This small three‑room hotel has welcoming, helpful hosts who go out of their way to accommodate guests; the place feels warm and charming in every way, is close to the city center with nearby shops and street parking is hassle‑free, the kitchen is fully equipped, there’s a large dining table inside and another outside, fresh renovations, good beds and plumbing, everything works, the Wi‑Fi is solid, and the inexpensive breakfast is excellent—definitely a place I’ll return to.

David and Aiyusik are incredibly generous hosts of this cozy, welcoming home; everything was wonderful, I highly recommend it, and a special shout‑out for the great coffee!

The owner’s welcome was warm, the very beautiful room had brand‑new, excellent bedding, and the shared kitchen allowed me to prepare a light meal; the neighborhood is quiet and a short walk from the city center, and parking is on the street.

I was greeted warmly at the front door, treated to tasty coffee and watermelon, and given a friendly rundown of Gyumri’s sights, traditions, and key spots; we had a heartfelt chat ♥️ The room was bright, clean, spacious, and had everything needed—10/10 👍 I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Gyumri!

Чудесная хозяйка, заботливая и понимающая! Место блестяще чистое и опрятное, имеется всё что вам может понадобиться, можете чувствовать себя как дома. Рекомендую! Wonderful owner, very caring and understanding! The place is squeaky clean and neat, there's everything to meet your needs and even a bit more. Highly recommend!.
