The spot’s spot on, right next to the train terminal, bus stops, and the Vatican, but the breakfast just didn’t hit the mark.
The staff were polite and kind, and the location was spot‑on, though the mattresses and sheets could have been better.

The manager was very kind and even picked me up from the airport. The bathroom was a problem – the shower didn’t work properly and the toilet didn’t either. The breakfast was awful, and on Sunday there was nothing to eat. When I called the manager, he said it was his day off and the market was closed – ridiculous! I’d already paid for the breakfast.
I was thrilled to find the place right next to the Vatican, with easy bus and train links to central Rome; the host was super friendly, full of energy, and always ready to help with a grin. The room was quiet, spotless, and came with plenty of towels and air‑conditioning – the Italian lift ride was a real perk. The only downside was the weak water pressure in the shower.
