The hotel is a pleasant place outside the city, yet it’s easily reachable by bus or taxi, similar to the Alhambra. Situated on a hill, it offers views of the surrounding area and a mountain panorama. The staff are very friendly and give good tips, but the reception seems somewhat understaffed and isn’t always open. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are well equipped, including a coffee machine and a refrigerator. There’s a small pool to cool off.

Check‑in was moved forward for us out of kindness because we had a long journey, and someone answered the phone immediately. They provided very helpful tips and recommendations on what to do in and around Granada. They were extremely helpful and patient. Thank you for this wonderful hospitality. This highly detail‑oriented hotel is lovingly furnished and an absolute idyll near the city center. There is nothing to criticize.

We really liked the hotel. We were well attended. The staff and the owner were very attentive. Although it isn’t very close to the historic center, the location is great—a calm and beautiful area. There was nothing we didn’t like.
