The location in Levanto is great, and the room is nice and convenient. The only flaw is the bed’s spring mesh, which is really noisy.

“Migliorabile ma ok!”

The spot is spot-on, just a stone’s throw from the sea and the little garden is a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and even kept my bags after I checked out. Cleanliness was decent, the bed was comfy, and the access was easy. Wifi came free, and the tiny fridge was spotless. On the downside, the wardrobe was ridiculous – you can only put stuff on the floor or way up high, and the hangers are literally on the ceiling. There’s no practical storage or hangers at all. The room felt a bit cramped. The garden was lovely but had trash and broken equipment under the stairs, plus an old boiler that’s busted on the balcony. The window latch shuts poorly, and the bathroom shelf is broken.

The sea is right nearby, check‑in and check‑out are hassle‑free, and the room is clean. The bathroom lacks storage for cosmetics, the loggia is awful with artificial turf and no lighting – a shame, it could be a nice spot. The room is sparsely furnished (no pictures), and the loggia door won’t close properly. One night is fine, but staying longer isn’t advisable.
