The location was perfect, close to some fantastic restaurants and in a safe part of Rochester
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile
The beds were also very comfortable, even if I didn't get much sleep

The hotel looked clean and pleasant, yet the elevator was stuck outside in the parking lot and felt cramped and hard to get into.
Didn't have it. Construction. Rate should have been GREATLY reduced
