The staff were helpful and friendly through the app, though replies were sometimes delayed. Check‑in had a small problem with the verification code, but it was fixed after a few attempts, even late at night. The Wi‑Fi was good, and having three power outlets near the bed in that room was convenient. The room had a glass mug, kettle, and microwave, but it would be better if a bowl and utensils were supplied to make instant noodles or any large container.

“Nice rooms with bad comunication from the owner”

The room was nice and the location was good. The owner didn’t reply until after my stay, even though a WhatsApp message said they were available 24/7. The check‑in was confusing and the instructions weren’t clear before I arrived, which made me uneasy about actually getting into my room. I wasn’t the only one; I helped two other guests who came at night and couldn’t access their rooms, creating a stressful and scary situation.
