David, the owner, prepared a handmade breakfast every morning with local ingredients, offering something new each day and explaining each dish, which we appreciated. The setting was calm and relaxing, a bit remote so a car helps, yet a great restaurant was just a 6‑minute walk away where we had several lovely dinners. Nothing really went wrong; David was very attentive, sometimes a bit overzealous, but only because he wants your stay to be perfect.
