“Buffet de calidad , entrega de habitación muy tarde”

I stayed at the Puente de la Hispanidad and I must say we really liked it, especially the buffet, high‑quality food, hot soup dishes which are rare in buffets, varied both at midday and at night. The hotel is close to the beach; we walked there without taking a car. There was entertainment and we had a glass of cava at the hotel’s invitation, as they provided it at the entrance. What I absolutely didn’t like is that the room was given super late; that’s a point I strongly disagree with, you can wait all morning for the room, maybe due to lack of housekeeping staff… The water park is fine, but there’s only one adult pool, which is okay at this time because there aren’t many people and it’s not very large, but in full summer I can’t imagine with so many people you wouldn’t be able to swim.

“A nice hotel for basic stay not very fancy.”

The hotel was clean and nice, the pool was too cold for this time of year but that was fine, breakfast was okay, and the A/C worked great; they played live music at night which was fine, not my type, mainly for tourist groups, but we happened to be there and enjoyed it. The refrigerator didn’t seem to cool anything, we were charged for the two free drinks we received at check‑in even though I handed the two coupons to the bartender, and I didn’t notice until the next day that there were only four people at the cafe/bar area when we were there.
