When we checked in we were given a single bed instead of a double, and later moved to another room that was extremely hot. The tub stopper was broken, so we couldn’t take a bath. Roaches came out of the sink drain, and the microwave was filthy. It didn’t look like they cleaned everything before handing over the room. When my partner asked the front desk for extra towels, the staff member was rude. 0/10!
