I wouldn’t have booked this place if I had read the reviews in detail beforehand (even on Google). On my Italian tour I booked it for a night in the late afternoon and paid by credit card. I couldn’t make it to the check‑in by 18:00. I messaged the host and called him several times, but got no response. I was standing outside the building around 19:30 and couldn’t take possession of the already paid room, so I had to find another place that same evening. Yes, that’s my fault too! I should have arrived on time. The host also refused a refund because I missed the check‑in time. Don’t expect customer friendliness or accommodation from this host. Read ALL reviews and form your own opinion! Be careful if you want to book here!

The location was good. The staircase was steep and no photo showed how steep it was. In the room instead of simple soaps and shampoos there were sachets (not practical). The TV channels had weak reception and kept cutting out.

The location is fantastic, well‑furnished, fully equipped, and right in the center of Polignano.

The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The roof terrace is great. The location is excellent – right next to the main beach and in the center. The bed is comfortable and large, and the WiFi works well. There was no way to leave luggage before check‑in or after check‑out. A storage area would have been useful.
