Nothing good to say. We booked twice, with the second reservation three nights after the first. After staying only a few hours the first night, we tried to cancel because the place didn’t meet our expectations, but the host said policies forbade it and seemed to have other guests lined up. On the day we were supposed to stay, we called her early to get the door code and Wi‑Fi password, but we never received any info, not even our room number. There was no follow‑up. If you’re only choosing this spot because it’s close to the venue, I strongly suggest you find another place. Oddly enough, they advertised discounts online and seemed to think we wouldn’t be sleeping that night, which is why they overbooked. Absolutely not recommended.

The only bright spot was the spot near the airport. The kitchen and bathroom were infested with cockroaches and ants, the night was sweltering and the only fan we had was a flimsy portable one that did nothing for the room. There was just one bathroom and toilet meant for up to seven people.

The bed was fine. The house was empty, very basic, and water seeped in during rain.
