The staff were very helpful and the place was easy to access; they gave clear directions and even helped me find a rental car when I needed one. It’s a nice spot with everything you need for comfort: good AC, a cozy atmosphere, and a pleasant outdoor patio. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed, but there are plenty of nearby options.

It’s close to everything, has a really nice, clean interior, and you can walk easily to bars and restaurants; the value is far better than staying in Cancun City, where you’d pay more than double for a similar place. It’s definitely one of the best options for a relaxed, chill vibe in Tulum.
