The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the facilities are good for the price. The food is good quality and reasonably priced. There are no particular aspects that could be improved for the price.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and communicative. The room faced the car park, which was a plus because we could keep an eye on our car. The car park is behind the hotel itself, on one-way streets, so if you head to “The Parade” you’ll find it easily. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and had an en‑suite bathroom. The breakfast was generous, beautifully cooked, and offered many options. The dinner food at the restaurant was just as good. The hotel is conveniently located for visits to Tenby and Saundersfoot. A few minor issues: the television called itself a Smart TV, but there were no apps and several Freeview channels were missing, including the one we always watch. On the first night, the pub a couple of doors away had a live band that played until nearly midnight, making sleep impossible. The room had a small fridge, but it didn’t get very cold. When entering the building from the car park, the stairway to room 24, etc., was poorly lit by LED lighting that wasn’t bright enough and was a bit hazardous, especially if you had just come in from bright sunlight outside and your eyes hadn’t adjusted yet.

Excellent location, very clean, plenty of breakfast choice and plenty of breakfast. Room was an adequate size with lots of wardrobe space and an excellent shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful except for below. A comment/complaint was initially dismissed by a member of staff, but subsequently dealt with professionally to my satisfaction

The location is excellent, and the bed is comfy. Since the room sits on the ground floor beside the main walkway to the car park, it was surprisingly quiet. It’s marketed as a ‘budget’ room, but that’s exactly what it was—no place to hang damp towels and the en suite feels cramped.
