The hotel was very dirty and pricey, so I wouldn't recommend it.

“Overall Normal no extraordinary grading”

The owner was helpful, which is a plus, but the advertised amenities weren't actually available, and the location is A++; cleaning was poor, there was no LCD connection, no extra plug near the bed, AC was controlled centrally by management, and there was no extension for room service.

“Beware of scammers. Filthy hotel with rude counter guy with glasses 🤓”

Only location was great. Everything else was disappointing Staff on the counter was rude illiterate. Talking over me while I was talking didn't let me finish my sentence. Room was filthy. Room 104 on 1st floor. TV was from 1900s covered with an old cloth. So much dust on the floor and on the furniture. Bathroom lock was broken Toilet was in awful condition. I wish I have taken pictures to show but I was so upset . When I arrived at hotel 4.00am in the morning as my fight got delayed from karachi i supposed to check in at 10pm on 18th August but I arrived on 19th morning 3.00am at airport. So I got charged for 24 hours no compensation no consideration. Even got different price as promised by and I blame for this. I walked in to the hotel reception the guy ask me if I'm booked with them even if I have mentioned my name and booking number. I thought I'll be welcomed and will get extra care as I was late. I booked this hotel for 4 nights in 14k as mentioned on the website and the counter guy refused to honour the price and had a long debate with me that this website is giving the wrong price. I did explain that I don't amend prices there it's not in our control but he didn't listen to me. He charged me extra for those few hours stay . I stayed till 12pm next day . He charged me 3800 (match time and date if there is any doubt)for 8 hours stay and asked me to checkout at 12pm and wait in the lobby for his so called GM he will come in the morning and we will have another useless dumb conversation with him about the price per night. Which I choose no to have in the morning I was really tired and upset . In the morning I checked out asked for my receipt and he issued me a hand written receipt 🧾 I'll definitely going to post that as my proof. They have no sense of sympathy or understanding at all that a person came from a long journey we should be cooperative with our guest n went straight into a debate about hotel rent

I didn’t expect to have to check in by 5 pm, so arriving around 8 pm left me without a room and I was told to stay in a annex; the staff kept me there for the night while strangers were shouting in the lobby until dawn, which was the first time I’d experienced such absurd service. The bed sheets and pillow had odd stains, hot water never came out, the furniture was covered in dust as if never cleaned, and the air‑conditioner blew weakly because its filter was clogged with grime—I had to clean it myself to feel any cool air. To make matters worse, the annex’s front door was locked and I could only leave after calling staff.
