The staff are very helpful and courteous, but the hotel feels very old. Our room smelled like damp and we were woken by a nearby construction site starting at 8 a.m. Unfortunately, there is only one outlet in the room. The wardrobe was hard to open because it had warped completely from the room’s humidity.

It’s in a nice area, just a 5‑minute walk to the main street and 15 minutes to Monkey Forest or Ubud Palace. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was nice too. They ask every day if you need cleaning and give you water bottles daily. I would definitely recommend it! The only problem was some ants on the first floor, but the staff keep them away with exterminators.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredible, everything matched the photos, and it was clean. I absolutely recommend this place.

The garden was lovely, rooms were nice and spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was amazing, breakfast was simple but good. I liked everything!
