I stayed in a small, basic room that had a fridge and a cafe next door. The staff were helpful and the location was a short walk from downtown Santa Marta. Wi‑Fi worked well, but there was no hot water.

The place is close to my workplace, which is great. But they only serve breakfast from 7:30 am and don't offer lunch. On top of that, water runs out sometimes, the staff can be rude, the common areas are dirty, and there are cracks in the building.

The service was top‑notch; everyone was ready to help, especially Mr. Arsenio who was cheerful and always on hand. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, though I did wish there was a mirror.
