The owners run this place for their own convenience, treating guests like a nuisance. If you arrive 30 minutes before 3:30 or after 7:30 pm, they tell you to go away. Want clean towels? No. Want to use the advertised internet or jacuzzi? Neither works, and the owners shrug and say “get over it, stop bothering me.”

“Struttura molto curata che sorge in una splendida posizione!”

The property is very beautiful and well‑maintained, located 5 minutes from the Gulf of Baratti and close to all the beaches of the Etruscan Coast. Nearby are archaeological sites and medieval villages, including the stunning Populonia. The agriturismo is set in nature, in a very quiet area yet close to all services. The apartment was very nice, well‑kept, spacious, and spotless, not to mention the splendid pool—large, well‑finished, with an exceptional solarium area. We stayed in apartment Giuseppe on the ground floor, an independent unit with a gazebo area, table, and chairs. Relaxing walks can be taken in the garden, which also has a stable and the agri‑restaurant “Al Tramonto,” where we dined wonderfully—great genuine cuisine and generous portions! All staff, starting with the owners, are friendly and helpful.

“Wir haben fünf Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht.”

The pool was clean. The food at the restaurant was very good. Elisa was very friendly. The directions we were given led us to the wrong place. The pool was unfortunately closed on our arrival day. The apartment smelled musty when we entered. Late‑night guests at the restaurant talked loudly outside our bedroom window.

Elisa and Martina were both incredibly kind and welcoming. The property is beautiful and surrounded by peaceful countryside, making it a perfect place to relax. The pool was lovely, relaxing, and very much appreciated during our stay. We also brought our dogs with us, and it was a real pleasure to feel so welcomed and comfortable with them. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back! My niece and my nephew also loved horse riding with Tony!

“Qualche ombra, ma nella stagione estiva un posto adeguato e vicino alla spiaggia di Baratti”

The location is great and the pool is really nice. The room is not cleaned, it also seems that towels are not replaced, and there is no spare toilet paper when it runs out. The room is advertised as an apartment but it has no kitchen, so it’s not really an apartment. Perhaps the type of service provided/not provided should be clarified better.
