The hotel staff were very helpful, especially Dhananjay, the front‑office manager, who was nice and supportive. The management was also very pleasant.
The reception called me past midnight and the staff tried to open my room door without permission.
I loved the place because it was clean, had great designs, and the staff were really nice and kind; it was worth the price and close to the airport, so I hope to return.

Breakfast was simple but acceptable. The heater wasn’t working, so we had to move to a different room. The room we were given was unclean and smelled bad. After several follow‑ups, we finally received an extra pillow.
