The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable, the restaurant served tasty food, and the onsen was available at half price, but the parking area and the check‑in desk being inside the onsen made things hectic.

Very friendly and helpful staff, a nice location a bit outside Punggi, breakfast (only Korean) is served in the hotel’s restaurant, and there are lovely sightseeing spots. The room we booked was advertised as 43 qm, but it was only about 25 qm, and the hotel said they don’t have larger rooms and that the description was wrong; we reported the issue but haven’t heard back yet.

The staff were very clean and friendly, they were excellent! The room was modest but not too small, especially for solo travelers or couples, and the balcony was a bit misleading but it did have a porch outside as advertised.

The room was spotless and quiet, the surroundings were pleasant and the hot‑spring water really delivered its promised benefits, but the fact that there was only a single key for the room meant we couldn’t swap it at all.

The beds were clean, warm and comfy, and there was plenty of hot water; the décor felt modern but a bit cheap in spots. Parking was available, and the entry fee to the pool and spa was reduced. The restaurant beside the rooms served breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and explained everything, and the hotel was quiet overall. However, it was hard to locate and situated in a weird area far from shops and restaurants. There was no proper reception, so we had to check in at the spa center. The hotel is called Talia, and parking is on a grassy area across from the building. The restaurant had already closed by 8 pm when we arrived. At check‑out, no one was there; we simply left the key card in a basket. Only small towels were provided.
