Hotel Portaló

The pool area, food, drinks, and staff were great, and the outside of the hotel is very beautiful! The room was too small. I stayed in the upper chalet, the bed was small (couple). There’s only a side table on one side of the bed and the wooden furniture needs maintenance.

We were very warmly welcomed. Everyone was great. A big hug to Jony, who every time we arrived or left the lodge he was doing a little bit of everything to keep everything nice and cozy.

The view is beautiful, the garden is lovely, and the pools are great. There was a short circuit in the room, they moved us to a larger one and then moved us again; it would have been better not to have to change rooms twice.

A experiência de ficar num chalé com a maravilhosa vista para o mar. A limpeza do hotel é impecável e a conservação e o paisagismo são perfeitos. Funcionários maravilhosos. Piscina com vista privilegiada para o pôr do sol mais lindo da ilha. Vamos retornar com certeza. Acho que a roupa de cama poderia ser de algodão e não de poliéster. Confesso que a roupa de cama estava limpíssima e super alvejada, mas o edredom tinha um toque de poliéster que não é gostoso. O chuveiro do nosso chalé pode ser substituído pq está com falhas no caimento da água, acredito que entupido. Mas reforço que tudo limpíssimo e cheiroso. São apenas pequenos toques que vão engrandecer a estadia
