“Worst hotel experience”

My stay at this hotel was marred by numerous issues, starting with the presence of cockroaches on the bed, which made the room feel unhygienic. The seepage from the washroom ceiling caused dampness and discomfort, while the air conditioner not working made the room extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the mattress was not proper, affecting basic comfort, and extra cash was taken at check-in, which felt completely inappropriate.

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing, starting with the fact that I was not provided with the location of the hotel, nor were I given any phone numbers to contact for assistance. The address provided was incorrect, and to make matters worse, there was no such hotel, resulting in very bad service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent staff, comfortable room, and delicious food. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful property made my experience truly enjoyable. Although I didn't have any major complaints, I did notice a few minor issues that could be improved upon.
