The room, cleanliness, and services were good. Small details like windows and finishes could be improved; fixing those would make it a 10‑point property. Despite that, I would gladly return for the incredible view.

The location and view of Haeundae beach are great, and the room was very spacious. Cleaning is done every other day and still feels superficial. The shower is completely free‑flowing, which floods the whole bathroom, and they forgot to put silicone under the glass.

The ocean view right in front of Haeundae Beach lets you watch the sunrise and sunset, and the night hustle and busking battles are lively. The shower clogged twice; I called once for maintenance but got no follow‑up. The next night both showers flooded, but management couldn’t tell me if it was fixed. When I checked out I mentioned it again to the front desk, but the staff said nothing.

The place is right on the spot, but the AC was busted and the room felt like a sauna, even smaller than the photos made it look.

The location and sea view were great, just a bend from the Traditional market and the baskers for good entertainment. The bathroom heater was awful, hot water cut off mid‑shower, then cold water kicked in and you had to wait for it to warm up again. The floor got slimy when wet.
