A lovely stop in a beautiful spot. The place has everything, which makes it very pleasant. It’s quiet with a view of Icelandic horses. Highly recommend. Nothing was lacking.

“Charming place you shouldn't miss while travelling nearby!”

The vibe here is unlike any other hotel or hostel I’ve seen! The common area feels personal, friendly, welcoming, yet still professional, clean, thoughtfully designed and well maintained. I enjoyed every minute in the dimly lit, cozy kitchen with amazing views and huge windows to take them in. The layout allowed guests to mingle without forcing it, giving ample space for everyone. There were cool photo albums to flip through and decorative details that weren’t just filler but unique and perfectly suited to the mood. I’m impressed that the electricity, heating and bathrooms (no fungus or the like) were in great shape, especially considering it was probably a stable before. Everything was well taken care of and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s literally on the route around the Golden Circle, so if you’re traveling that way, don’t miss the chance to stay here. Oh, and the fabrics—bed linen and towels—were very pleasant, like old‑style cotton. A small detail, but it made me feel at home and I didn’t want to leave my bed in the morning! The only downside: the walls were basically paper. I could hear someone snoring so loud it woke me up even with earplugs. I wasn’t even mad, because I loved the place. Just keep that in mind if you need privacy or have trouble sleeping.

This accommodation is gorgeous, everything is extremely clean, incredibly lovingly furnished, and equipped with everything needed. Tea and coffee are free. I stayed for four days and felt very welcome and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the pillow too, and parking is directly at the house. I did my grocery shopping on the go, and great day‑trip destinations are easily reachable from here.

“Sitio encantador”

I really liked the common areas, both the kitchen/dining space and the bathrooms. Very clean and organized, fully equipped. The only issue: opening two large travel suitcases in the room is difficult because it’s small.
