The location is good, but the place is very noisy from traffic—expected—and there are mold issues in the room that the host pointed out upon arrival.

It was a good apartment for a couple in terms of room size and amenities; the owner was caring and answered everything we asked. On the day of our flight back, we requested to stay a bit longer because our flight was in the evening, and he gladly agreed. The apartment is in a large building, clean and tidy, with a metro station and café below; everything was perfect and accessible.

“The stay was ok.”

The place was fairly clean, the bed comfortable, and the host very nice, but there was a lot of mold around the window and on nearby walls, which was concerning. The window wasn’t sealed properly, letting cold air and noise into the room. I told the host, and he said he would look into fixing these problems.

“Genial la estancia,”

The view of the Thames was spectacular, the room was cozy and comfortable, and it’s a short walk to London’s most epic spots with good bus and metro connections. I didn’t dislike it, but the humidity on the wall next to the window could be improved—it looks very ugly.

“Would not stay again.”

The location is great, the window view is good, the bed is comfy, and the bathroom comes stocked with toiletries. There was no communication or response to questions sent via booking messages. The key was left in a strange place that didn’t feel safe. I couldn’t lock the front door from inside because other rooms were available and the host needed to ensure they could access the property. The mold in the room was awful and very thick by the window. The way rooms and accommodation worked was poorly communicated and the price was high for these reasons.
