“Very mixed, but loved the beach and waiter at dinner.”

The amazing dinner with a tremendous waiter made up for the rest of the rating. The rocky swim beach is also beautiful, with several levels and chairs to choose from. The ocean swimming and floating “deck” were the best. You can avoid the annoying music depending on the beach spot you pick. The food selection at the beach bar was poor. They had guacamole on the menu, but you had to order a larger group set of appetizers to get it – no individual servings. No hummus or mezze were offered. I ended up with pizza, which was good. I ordered a Cosmopolitan and it wasn’t what we’re used to in the US, so I wish they listed ingredients to make better cocktail choices. There were no bath towels in our room, but they brought some when we called.

“We stayed at the hotel for three nights and we really enjoyed the entire experience.”

WE had a lovely room overlooking the sea and the room was very comfortable. The location was also good as we could walk to the old town and basaar. The breakfasts were very good and the staff that served the breakfast was very friendly and competent. I cannot think of anything, we enjoyed our stay

“Très bel endroit avec une prestation de qualité”

The location is truly exceptional; we were there in late September and it wasn’t crowded. The breakfast is very good, with a wide choice and quality (including plant‑based milk). The staff are very friendly, although there were a few minor communication issues. Nothing serious. At the end of our stay we wanted to extend for a few more nights. There was a misunderstanding and we didn’t appreciate how the management resolved the issue.

The view from the ocean view room was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the hotel were less than helpful and in fact barely grunted at you as you walked through reception. Don't think I ever saw any of them smile or say welcome or anything else. They just looked like they didn't want to be there. It just wasn't a very welcoming environment. The breakfast was awful. We requested a late check out as we have an evening flight out and the best they could do was an extra half an hour - I understand they were fully booked, but I just don't think they could be bothered trying
