Good location, friendly reception, the cable car and public transport ticket. The price‑value ratio feels unfair; for 600.-- I would have expected breakfast included and at least decent beds.

First, the room was very spacious and the large windows offered a view of the mountains of St. Moritz, which was fantastic. The bathroom was also large, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and even when the room lacked a hair dryer they handled it with a smile. The breakfast venue had the same great view, and enjoying the breakfast while watching the mountains was delicious. The location is close to the two stations “Celerina Staz” and “Celerina”, and there’s a Coop supermarket nearby, making it convenient. If I ever visit St. Moritz again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. The only downside is that there was no hair dryer in the room, but the staff said you could borrow one, so that’s reassuring.

The staff were straightforward and always had a suitable solution for any question. The room, breakfast, and bed were basically very fitting. What surprised me was that in the booked category, no pillowcases were included, so I had to ask for them. We believe the service should match the price.

“Pleasant stay in a quiet hostel”

The facilities were spotless, the room was close by and very simple, the common areas were pleasant, and breakfast tasted great.
