Ramada by Wyndham Baku

I like Ramada as a global chain, but not their Ramada Baku. The hotel staff cancelled my booking right before check‑in, sold it to someone else at a higher price, and offered lame excuses. I think the booking staff at the main reception need to be replaced with professionals. Those booking this hotel should beware. I had booked weeks earlier, yet I had to find another hotel while standing outside Ramada. The staff didn’t even try to help me. My booking stayed confirmed all day, and I had to request not to be charged.

“Apart from Beach nothing is soo good in this hotel. Very poor”

The beach was decent, breakfast was mediocre, and the room was just okay. The staff did a terrible job, especially with lunch and dinner delivery to the room, and no phone worked in any room—overall a very poor experience.

“Good but dated”

Staff were generally helpfull, Good size rooms and bed. Good Location for the beach. Have own security so felt comfortbale. Rooms are dated, would not consided them 4 star for Europe or USA Kettle broke during visit had phoned 3 times for a replacement but did not get replaced
