“Cute cottage with a rural view”
We spent two nights in this cute cottage, which was nicely decorated with an animal and nature theme. It’s not far from Lincoln and offers rural views. The hosts were friendly and made us feel welcome. We appreciated having a coffee machine with a great separate frother and a good selection of books for all ages. My granddaughter loved the animal toys in the cottage. We also enjoyed meeting the animals on the property. We were happy with Rob showing us and telling us about the pet farm animals, but paying an extra $30 seemed unnecessary when you’re already staying on the property; it should have been complimentary. We would have liked a few more pods for the coffee machine; we only received four for two days. On the second night, an unpleasant smell came from the drains, which dampened the enjoyment of that evening, though it wasn’t there the next morning.
