The room was nicely appointed with a thoughtful layout; it’s not large but offers ample storage and a comfortable lounge area. I appreciated the coffee pods and water dispenser, and the bed was very cozy while the bathroom provided plenty of counter space. The price was fair for the room. However, street noise was loud, especially honking and fast bikes at night. In unit 3 I could hear neighbors, including a couple arguing one night and another guest with friends chatting until 3 am another night, a common issue in Bali accommodations.

My stay at Neon Rose Motel was truly exceptional, thanks to the thoughtful surprises prepared by Min and the team for my friends' special occasion. They even went the extra mile by providing freshly baked goods from a local bakery, which was a lovely touch. However, I did notice that the bathroom could have benefited from a bidet, but overall, the service and amenities made up for it. Min's prompt response to the power outage and common area light issues was also greatly appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a beautifully appointed room, excellent location, and super helpful staff who were always available on WhatsApp. The in-room coffee machine with Nespresso capsules and spacious bathroom were also big pluses. However, there were a couple of minor issues - the bathroom had a bad smell at times, but it went away on its own, and there were some construction works next door, which weren't the hotel's fault.
