The property is comfortable, newly built, and equipped with all comforts. The host welcomed us with great availability and friendliness, giving us directions and tips for our stay (including the fantastic gourmet pizzeria Poppy's). The location, which might seem isolated, is actually a convenient junction to reach Portovesme port, the ferry to San Pietro island, Sant’Antioco, and the Teulada or Iglesias coast. No issues.

The air conditioning was quiet, and the room felt modern with good bedding. However, there was no drying rack, the breakfast was industrial‑style, low‑quality vacuum‑packed pastries, no savory items, no fruit, and overall I would not recommend it. The neighbor’s dog was unbearable, barking loudly and constantly when we passed by.
