I really liked the service here, the staff were friendly. The room met my expectations—comfortable, clean, and the price was reasonable. It’s in the city center near the highway, and there are Indomaret, Lawson, Plaza Araya, Warung Sekirar, and other cheap good food spots around. Worth the price and experience. I’ll come back.

The only positives were the proximity to the airport and the air conditioning. Everything else was bad: the sheets were dirty and smelled, the bathroom was awful (the toilet seat was loose and the drain was clogged). Overall, it was the worst accommodation we stayed at in Indonesia over three weeks.

The staff were helpful, but the system messed up my booking: I had reserved a standard room for three nights, yet the check‑in showed only two nights. After rechecking, they found no error and upgraded me to a deluxe room to compensate, which I appreciated. However, the room looked untidy, as if it hadn’t been swept or mopped before guests arrived.
