The place is in the center, just a 2‑minute walk from Bastione. The street is very pretty with many lovely flowers and plants. The room is very comfortable and spacious, with a large bathroom. There are snacks and coffee/tea facilities in the kitchen. Everything was great.

The environment was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and competent. It’s definitely a good base.

The location was great, right in the heart of the old town, close to restaurants and cafés but away from street noise. The view from the window was beautiful, letting us watch the calm life of the locals. I had very good contact with the owner, and the option to leave luggage before and after check‑in let us enjoy the city more than we had planned. The kitchen was available, coffee, tea, and sweet snacks made our stay pleasant. If you’re heading to Cagliari for the first time, bring comfortable shoes, sandals, or slippers—none of those will pass the test of constant uphill or stair climbing. The bus stop was nearby.
