The room was quiet and clean, but the reception staff were poor at handling arrivals and failed to deliver the requested room on time. Except for the second staff member, Yuki, the card was charged repeatedly, the machine malfunctioned, and after we received the room they kept bothering us with door knocks and phone calls all night to recoup the charge, which was later reversed. In the morning they wasted time contacting the bank to verify the expenses, showing the hotel prioritizes money over guest comfort.

“また次回も行きたい！”

The staff were all smiling and pleasant, the facilities and rooms were very clean, and they responded quickly when we asked for extras. The quiet surroundings made me want to stay longer. However, the room we booked as a 3‑bedroom was actually a connecting room with a living area and two bedrooms linked by a hallway, not a single 3‑bedroom unit as shown. The photo didn’t reveal this, and while it worked for six adults, it would be problematic for families with small children. Also, the sink was clogged; water didn’t flow, and after removing the plug I found a lot of hair and had to clean it myself. Please check these issues more thoroughly.

The kitchen is stocked with brand‑new appliances, and the rooms comfortably fit a family of five. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and helpful, and there are four swimming pools plus a transfer to the beach club. The beach club’s coastal area could be cleaner; other beaches are cleaner. The food at the beach club isn’t tasty and is very expensive.
