The location right next to the Allianz Arena was great!

All the facilities are there, parking is free. The surroundings are quiet, and if you drive you’re only five minutes from the supermarket complex and restaurants. The front desk processes check‑in efficiently. Considering the €70 per room, the value is decent. The room is small and the hallway between beds is very close. Soundproofing could be better. On the day of arrival the occupancy was very high; we booked a twin‑bed room but were initially given a king‑size room. After pointing out the issue we finally received the twin‑bed room.

The spot is great, close to the motorway, but the evening staff at the bar were not good; they couldn’t make the drinks listed on the menu.

The room was spacious, yet the wallpaper peeled off and the paint in the bathroom was flaking. Some of the dishes at breakfast were also dirty.

The location, decor, cleanliness, and quietness were all perfect, but the bar was short on staff, and at certain times the reception desk also handled bar duties.
