I booked two rooms for my family for Aug 29‑30; one had no working A/C, the other was covered in blood on the carpet, toilet, door, and even the phone—my kids saw it all! They swapped rooms saying it was “probably hair dye.” I’ve been trying to get a refund for the $253 I paid for that room, but they’ll only offer 20 % of the nightly rate. I called them on Sept 9 and warned that if I don’t get the full $253 I’ll post reviews. After endless back‑and‑forth they said the best they could do is 25 % ($63) and only if I don’t post to social media. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! STAY AWAY!!! READ ALL REVIEWS!

The place was good, close to everything, the room was spacious and elegant, but highway noise seeped in and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable; the breakfast selection was average.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, all staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool, hot tub and workout room were good, but the coffee at breakfast was not great.
