“Poco recomendable”

The front desk guy was very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The hotel sits right in front of the Roman ruins, a great spot. However, they never made it clear that there are two separate hotels; we went to the address listed on Booking and no one was there. After calling, it took a long time to get a response. The room was dirty, the mattresses smelled, there was no hot water, and the bathroom flooded when we showered. The room was cold, and when we reported the hot‑water and flooding issues, they never replied or offered a fix.

The breakfast was excellent, featuring authentic Jordanian dishes, and Baba and Mama welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The location is great with a nice view, and the room was spacious enough.

The best part was the price and the private parking, though it was full, we could still park right in front easily. The breakfast was delayed and barely met expectations; overall quality was weak, the TV didn't work, but the hotel serves its purpose for a night stay near the ruins.

The family‑friendly hotel welcomed us with a lovely hostess and her very friendly husband. For an extra fee we received a very generous dinner, highly recommended. The room was truly large, initial communication hiccups were resolved, the olives seemed home‑grown and delicious, and the labneh and hummus tasted like nowhere else—just like at home!
