“Mejorable en varios aspectos.”

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of town so everything was easy to reach, and the staff were friendly; the heating worked quickly and kept the room comfortable, the bathroom looked great and the single‑person room felt cozy. However, I kept spotting spiders on the ceiling, the power flickered off for a few minutes one day without any notice, and at 2:56 am on the second night the TV emitted a series of alarm‑like beeps even though it was turned off, which gave me a serious fright. I also missed having a kettle, a breakfast cup, tea bags and a spoon, and a hair‑dryer would have been useful despite it being summer; a iron would have been nice too.

The staff were lovely, the food was great, and the location was superb, but traffic noise was an issue—if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room on the back side.

The place is in a fantastic spot, but I had to knock on the door to get in after 12am.

The hotel sits right on the main Ballina Road, serves great food, and the staff are friendly; the rooms are the right size, and the bar staff are just as good.

“Lovely hotel in good location, very clean and evening meal and breakfast very good”

The location is good, yet the noise from outside windows—no double glazing—was pretty loud.
