My rating is high mainly because of the excellent location. When booking, I was mainly looking for proximity to the sea and beach, which turned out to be a bit of a disappointment because the nearest beach and nice sea view are quite far, but that turned out not to be a problem. It turned out that the hotel is very close to the main street, Dongmun Market, cultural sites, and many restaurants. I was delighted with the stay. Check‑in was simple, I felt safe. I was a bit uneasy about the hall doors being open 24 hours to the street, but I understand that this comes from a general sense of security. I recommend it. The carpet in the corridors and stairs is already quite worn and doesn’t look good. It’s also a pity that the water dispensers are only on the ground floor and not on every floor.

The water dispenser was handy and the spot was great, just a stone’s throw from the shopping street and market, but the room was dirty, the walls were yellow, the slippers were filthy, the bathroom had mold, and dust was everywhere.

Only the location is good, but the cleanliness is terrible.

The location was fine, but we booked a double room for two and the photos were misleading; the paint was moldy at the entrance, furniture dusted, and we doubted the change of sheets so we slept on a blanket instead. The elevator smelled of cigarettes even though four incense holders were placed at each corner, and the worst thing was the lack of security—another couple accidentally entered our room in the middle of the night because the magnetic cards we received at check‑in could open every room. We had planned to stay two nights, but we left because staying another night was unthinkable.
