The hosts and staff were super welcoming, the suite was very nice with a sauna and outdoor bathtub, it was very dog‑friendly, breakfast was served in the suites, and the outdoor area with the pool was lovely – we’ll definitely come back.

The hotel is beautiful with luxurious rooms, great breakfast and excellent dinner, and the view from everywhere is amazing; it’s clear that attention was paid to every tiny detail, so I’m sure we’ll return. However, nothing at all worked! Everything was perfect, but according to the staff and reviews the pool should have been heated. We tried to enter it, yet it was frozen and nowhere near warm, which was a shame because that could have added a lot! Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

The location was very good, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, the park and suites were very modern and clean, the breakfast was very good with a large selection, and the antipasti at dinner was a dream. The main building is a bit old‑fashioned, the sauna area was only open from 15:00 to 19:00, the pool was supposed to be heated but was actually almost too cold to jump in, it probably wasn’t 27 °C as advertised, and bathing was impossible for many. We were lucky to have a small sauna in the suite to warm up. In the suite many things were already worn, doors were scratched, the lacquer on the little tables in the TV corner was peeling. Unfortunately, it’s also not possible to watch a movie in bed at night because from the bed you can’t see the TV. Dinner was good but could improve; the stools didn’t work for us (except the antipasti, which was very good).

The location, design, food, service, originality of the Green Suit architecture, equipment, concept, park view, and staff were all excellent.

Luxuriöse, stilvolle Apartments in hervorragender Lage, ideal für Ausflüge in die Dolomiten. Kostenlose Parkplätze und E-Lademöglichkeit. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch schön: die tägliche Brotzeit am Nachmittag
