“Heerlijk verblijf net buiten de drukte met geweldige tuin!”

The garden was beautifully laid out and you constantly see many birds passing by. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, great after a hard hike! It was low season so there was no breakfast service, but the supermarket is close by. The room for four had two chairs on the balcony and none inside to add.

“Amazing location but some frustrating aspects”

The garden was well kept and the terrace offered a stunning volcano view, plus a pool and jacuzzi, and each house had its own dedicated parking spot. The check‑in instructions were confusing; the gate code was wrong and we had to call the staff on WhatsApp from the gate to get the real code, which felt unnecessary. The front‑desk staff were not very welcoming and came across as condescending. Breakfast quality was poor—especially the “orange” juice, which was basically a joke. Even though the room was spacious, there was no proper table or chairs for eating, and the shared kitchen had been removed. Poultry and their droppings around the pool and game corner were disgusting.

“Great, except for the cash only fiasco”

Everything was beautiful, green and lush. We were forced to pay in cash on the day of our flight, despite having only enough for tips, so we had to withdraw more money at the airport exchange, which ended up costing us more because of the rate, even though the price was the same.

“Bel emplacement, literie confortable, personnel très sympa, les oiseaux au réveil.”

The bed was very comfortable (a 2 m bed) in a large room with a volcano view, surrounded by birds and vegetation.
