The hot water didn’t work, the room wasn’t clean, and the towels were also dirty.

Close to restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation. The bathroom needs updating

Great location, near many shops, I used it just to sleep and get ready for a festival, the bed was comfortable. It had a slight cigarette smell and the towels were stained, not dirty but old; although there was a TV, there were no channels because there was no internet.

The location was spot on.

The staff were the best people I've ever met at any hotel. In New Jersey I usually encounter automatic rudeness, short answers, and zero customer service, so it surprised me to step into a place where a kind man greeted me without any extra fees and a straightforward check‑in. Kindness is free, and they were 15 out of 10—thanks, Jay, for a wonderful experience! The downside was that there was no pool, and booking online cost more than similar nearby spots; the staff could have helped more if I had paid in person, which made the payment a bit harder.
