The hotel looks freshly decorated, but the cleanliness is terrible—bathrooms and the elevator are awful. The staff were ordinary, and it took until 11:40 pm to open the room for us on that night. The cleaning was simply bad.

The service staff was amazing and always accommodating—highly recommend! The power went out in my room, but it was fixed immediately.
