They handled early check‑in smoothly, greeted me on arrival, upgraded my room at no extra cost, offered complimentary sweets and drinks, made check‑out easy, kept the place clean, provided good Wi‑Fi, and the price was very reasonable.

The house is well designed decor‑wise and the tea, coffee, and ice are a welcome extra. We booked a family room with two annexed sleeping spaces, but on arrival the connecting door had been closed, so my child didn’t want to sleep in a locked separate room, which felt awkward. The last‑minute change of check‑in info and someone repeatedly knocking and ringing the doorbell after 9 pm without having received their info forced me to call reception and let this person in. Miscommunication and lack of check‑in info don’t work in a mixed house of stranger guests! Finally, we had to shower with cold water and wash our daughter’s hair in the sink because there was no hot water.
