Had to cut my stay short because the place was just awful. I sent photos, asked for a refund, but the hotel didn't help. It was just disgusting.

Booked a week, but the room was a nightmare—just three wall panels, no windows, bad ventilation, barely bigger than a single bed. I left after one night, asked for a refund for the rest, landlord never answered, and the platform said no refund because landlord didn't respond. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
