“Highly recommended place”

The staff were very hospitable, and even though everyone except the front desk didn’t speak English, they went the extra mile by pulling out their phones to use translators so you never felt a language barrier. A big shout out to Alex and Yuang Li, who looked after me every day at breakfast with polite and welcoming behaviour that was outstanding; Alex also helped me heat food in the evening, which was a smooth experience. I liked the professionalism of the staff despite the language barrier, they went the extra mile and didn’t let you feel any challenge. The gym should remain open 24/7.

“Clean, spacious and friendly staff”

Clean , spacious rooms and next to Wanda Plaza, staff are always available to help out and the restaurant staff are always great. Breakfast selection is great

The hotel's location is a major highlight of the stay, offering a convenient and pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues that detracted from the overall experience. The hotel's amenities, including the sauna and Turkish bath, were not available, and the heating system was difficult to regulate. Additionally, the massage service was overpriced and did not meet expectations.
