The staff were friendly, but the air conditioning in room 427 was broken. The staff said it might be because the TV was on too high, but that didn’t help. I was just as disappointed as before.

V8 Hotel gives great value for the price, sits close to a bunch of dining spots like dim sum and a food court, and the staff were friendly. The rooms are decent for what you pay, but the air conditioning feels a bit old and takes a while to chill the room, and there’s no AC in the corridors. Shopping isn’t within walking distance, though a few places are a short drive away.
