The whole place was awful and decayed, stinking, with walls all cracked inside, furniture all screwed together awkwardly, and the photos of the rooms were not truthful. I had to leave immediately because with kids it wasn’t workable, and the owner didn’t refund me, so I had to pay without using anything. I then went to another place, paying again, and it was a bad experience in every way.

“No Stress e Total Relax … il posto ideale!”

You can really feel the relaxed atmosphere, the waterfall that connects the two pools, and the well‑kept green. The apartment was comfortable, except for some small bathroom issues that I reported to the owner at checkout. The shuttle to the beach, which would otherwise be a tough walk—especially the uphill return—was helpful; the climb was steep enough to drive, with the first gear engaged. Overall, the value for money matched expectations. The location was excellent for driving to nearby sights, like Grotticelle beach, just a few minutes away, a real visual and emotional treat, especially at sunset. I highly recommend the property for families with small children or anyone who wants to avoid beach stress. The breakfast, praised in reviews, fell short of our expectations; I won’t go into details.

“Relax e comodità”

Everything was great—quiet, clean, and the pools were fantastic. The only note is that the washing machine is shared; there’s one for the whole residence.
