The location, the rooftop, and the other guests were positives. The lack of AC and the absence of a small dustbin in the room were negatives, and the upstairs bathroom was very basic.

The bed was comfortable, the room bright, pleasantly cool even without air conditioning, plenty of space, central location, the host was reachable, and the price‑performance ratio was fair. The bathroom was dirty, and there was no toilet paper.

We had a wonderful stay in this studio. It was very clean and had all the necessary equipment for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect: only 7–8 minutes on foot to the beach and 2 minutes from a convenience store. Karim was also very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and will gladly return.
