We spent 5 nights at Sutra Beach Resort. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and always on hand. Breakfast is very extensive: those who love a hearty morning meal will be thrilled. The place is very quiet and especially suitable for families. The hotel also offers trips to Redang Island, which is truly beautiful. The property could use a good refresh, especially the shower and floors, which are starting to show their age.

Beachfront view. Staff are nice and humble. Breakfast was okay. The facilities are very old; the toilet isn’t working properly. My room’s air conditioning was not functioning well, so I couldn’t sleep properly.

Open pool and close to the sea. The bathroom was so dirty, and the air conditioner leaked.
