The location was amazing and the night views were perfect for astrophotography, the design was beautiful and flawless, yet the bed in the Sundanese kid wagon had a mattress that sinks in the middle, which is terrible for your back.

Everything was perfect: the staff were friendly, the location and surroundings were great, all necessary utensils were available, the bed was comfortable, and being able to grill and have a bonfire was idyllic; there was nothing negative.

It’s inside Zion, but the service was poor or absent, the zipper on the tent’s closure was broken, and for the price of the service it was quite lacking.

The experience was unforgettable, far wilder than a typical American motel and that’s exactly why we chose it; we even grilled dinner and watching the sunset from there was priceless. Unfortunately we ran into two small hiccups: the charcoal and firewood are available but have to be paid for, and when we tried to pay by card the app wouldn’t work (a lady from another tent helped us out), and our tent had a broken zip that wouldn’t close properly, so a few critters got inside – I’d definitely go back, maybe in a tent with a door.
